Meet the two new bobcat kittens being rehabilitated at the Kevin P. Clinton Wildlife Center at Penitentiary Glen Reservation. They were transferred to the center from another wildlife center in Belmont County. Someone found them lying next to the road with no mother in sight. They were underweight for their age and positive for parasites, but overall very healthy. The male and female siblings are doing extremely well, doubling their weight and already becoming fierce little predators. We expect to release them in the spring in a suitable natural habitat near where they were found.

The bobcats will not be on public display to prevent human imprinting. Eventually, the public will be able to view them online by way of an exclusive bobcat cam! Stay tuned for updates!
