Brief Description/Requirements:
Part-time, year-round position at Lake Metroparks Farmpark in Kirtland, providing outstanding customer service to park visitors. Position duties include but are not limited to; opening/closing registers, processing cash/credit card transactions, processing new/renewal memberships, answering a multi-line phone, checking in groups/birthday parties, and special event ticket sales. Requires exceptional interpersonal skills, accurate and efficient handling of cash and cash register transactions/related paperwork, ability to multi-task. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to work flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, special events, and occasional evenings as required. Days of the week and hours will vary up to 28 hours per week.
