Super Star Party

Civilizations have been staring up at the stars for centuries. The earliest known records of astronomy date back to 1000 BC, when Babylonians started creating star catalogs from just looking up into the night sky. Join us at the annual Super Star Party as we look back into ancient astronomy and explore the past, present and future of one of the world’s oldest natural sciences. Come enjoy the entire evening featuring:

• Cosmic craft, intergalactic games, spaced-out contests
• Wild animal shows
• Popcorn, soda and snacks for purchase
• The Nature Store (selling special space-age merchandise)
• Miniature train rides (weather permitting)
  • You must register for a time slot to ride the train: 7, 8, 9 or 10 pm

The ticket fee for Super Star Party is for the entire event. All participants must be registered, including adults. Time slots are for train rides only. Trains are weather dependent; they do not run in inclement weather or poor weather-related conditions for safety reasons. Note: for safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to ride the trains. All children must be able to sit in their own designated seat; lap sitting is not permitted. Train departure is within the hour.
